( قَالَ: وَحَدَّثَنَا ) ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عِيَاضُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْفِهْرِيُّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَسْلَمَ يَقُولُ:
مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ بِأَنَّ فِي الذَّكَرِ الدِّيَةَ وَفِي الْأُنْثَيَيْنِ الدِّيَةَ
