( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالُوا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عِيَاضُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْفِهْرِيُّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ زَيْدَ بْنَ أَسْلَمَ يَقُولُ:

مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ أَشْيَاءَ مِنَ الْإِنْسَانِ: فِي نَفْسِهِ الدِّيَةُ، وَفِي الْعَقْلِ إِذَا ذَهَبَ الدِّيَةُ
