( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ ( ح ) وَأَنْبَأَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ وَرَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَبَلَغَهُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَقُولُونَ:

دِيَةُ الْخَطَأِ عِشْرُونَ ابْنَةُ مَخَاضٍ وَعِشْرُونَ ابْنَةُ لَبُونٍ وَعِشْرُونَ ابْنُ لَبُونٍ ذَكَرٌ وَعِشْرُونَ حِقَّةٌ وَعِشْرُونَ جَذَعَةٌ
