أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْمَحْبُوبِيُّ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ، ثَنَا النَّضْرُ بْنُ شُمَيْلٍ، أَنْبَأَ شُعْبَةُ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ قَالَ: قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي:
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مَوْلَاةً لِلْعَبَلَاتِ وَطِئَهَا رَجُلٌ فَقَتَلَهَا وَهِيَ فِي الْحَرَمِ، فَجَعَلَ لَهَا عُثْمَانُ ؓ دِيَةً وَثُلُثًا
