( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْعَطَّارُ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:

أَنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ سَأَلَ النَّاسَ فِي الْجَنِينِ، فَقَامَ حَمَلُ بْنُ مَالِكِ بْنِ النَّابِغَةِ فَقَالَ: كُنْتُ بَيْنَ امْرَأَتَيْنِ لِي، فَضَرَبَتْ إِحْدَاهُمَا الْأُخْرَى بِعَمُودٍ وَفِي بَطْنِهَا جَنِينٌ فَقَتَلَهُ، فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْجَنِينِ بِغُرَّةٍ، وَقَضَى أَنْ تُقْتَلَ الْمَرْأَةُ بِالْمَرْأَةِ
