أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، ثَنَا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ( قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا ) ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ:
أَنَّ مَرْوَانَ بْنَ الْحَكَمِ كَتَبَ إِلَى مُعَاوِيَةَ يَذْكُرُ أَنَّهُ أُتِيَ بِسَكْرَانٍ قَدْ قَتَلَ رَجُلًا، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ مُعَاوِيَةُ أَنِ اقْتُلْهُ بِهِ
