( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ قَالَ:
إِذَا قَتَلَ الْعَبْدُ الْحُرَّ رُفِعَ إِلَى أَوْلِيَاءِ الْمَقْتُولِ فَإِنْ شَاؤُوا قَتَلُوا وَإِنْ شَاؤُوا اسْتَحْيَوْهُ
