أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مَحْمَوَيْهِ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ، ثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقَلَانِسِيُّ، ثَنَا آدَمُ بْنُ أَبِي إِيَاسٍ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، ثَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ يَقُولُ:

اخْتَلَفَ فِيهَا أَهْلُ الْكُوفَةِ فِي قَوْلِهِ: وَمَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِنًا مُتَعَمِّدًا فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ خَالِدًا فِيهَا فَرَحَلْتُ فِيهَا إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنْهَا فَقَالَ: نَزَلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ فَجَزَاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ فِي آخِرِ مَا نَزَلَتْ فَمَا نَسَخَهَا شَيْءٌ
