( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الطُّوسِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْكَارِزِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبُوشَنْجِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" مَا زَالَ جِبْرِيلُ - عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ - يُوصِينِي بِالْجَارِ حَتَّى ظَنَنْتُ أَنَّهُ يُوَرِّثُهُ، وَمَا زَالَ يُوصِينِي بِالْمَمْلُوكِ حَتَّى ظَنَنْتُ أَنْ يَضْرِبَ لَهُ أَجَلًا أَوْ وَقْتًا إِذَا بَلَغَهُ عُتِقَ
