أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ كَامِلُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمُسْتَمْلِيُّ، وَأَبُو نَصْرٍ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ قَالَا: أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ الصِّبْغِيُّ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنْبَأَ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنْبَأَ الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ مَالِكٌ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَبِي سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ؓ يَقُولُ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ:

لَا تُكَلِّفُوا الصَّغِيرَ الْكَسْبَ فَإِنَّكُمْ مَتَى كَلَّفْتُمُوهُ الْكَسْبَ سَرَقَ وَلَا تُكَلِّفُوا الْأَمَةَ غَيْرَ ذَاتِ الصَّنْعَةِ الْكَسْبَ؛ فَإِنَّكُمْ مَتَى كَلَّفْتُمُوهَا الْكَسْبَ كَسَبَتْ بِفَرْجِهَا
