( أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، نَا ابْنُ مِلْحَانَ، نَا يَحْيَى، نَا اللَّيْثُ حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ: أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ قَيْسٍ وَهِيَ أُخْتُ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ أَخْبَرَتْهُ

أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَحْتَ أَبِي عَمْرِو بْنِ حَفْصٍ فَطَلَّقَهَا ثَلَاثًا، فَأَمَرَ وَكِيلَهُ لَهَا بِنَفَقَةٍ فَرَغِبَتْ عَنْهَا، فَقَالَ لِي وَكِيلَهُ مَا لَكِ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ نَفَقَةٍ، فَجَاءَتْ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فَسَأَلَتْهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ لَهَا: " صَدَقَ ". وَنَقَلَهَا إِلَى ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ فَأَنْكَرَ النَّاسُ عَلَيْهَا مَا كَانَتْ تُحَدِّثُ مِنْ خُرُوجِهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحِلَّ
