أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَحْرٍ الْعَطَّارُ بِالْبَصْرَةِ، نَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ حَبِيبِ بْنِ الشَّهِيدِ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَمَانٍ عَنِ الْمِنْهَالِ بْنِ خَلِيفَةَ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ خِلَاسٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ:

أَنَّهُ فَرَضَ لِامْرَأَةٍ وَخَادِمِهَا اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ دِرْهَمًا لِلْمَرْأَةِ ثَمَانِيَةً وَلِلْخَادِمِ أَرْبَعَةً وَدِرْهَمًا مِنَ الثَّمَانِيَةِ لِلْقُطْنِ وَالْكَتَّانِ
