أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، نَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ ؓ عَنْ شَيْءٍ مِنْ أَمْرِ الرَّضَاعِ فَقَالَ: لَا أَعْلَمُ إِلَّا أَنَّ اللهَ قَدْ حَرَّمَ الْأُخْتَ مِنَ الرَّضَاعَةِ. فَقُلْتُ: إِنَّ أَمِيرَ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ يَقُولُ لَا تُحَرِّمُ الرَّضْعَةُ وَلَا الرَّضْعَتَانِ وَلَا الْمَصَّةُ وَلَا الْمَصَّتَانِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ ؓ: قَضَاءُ اللهِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ قَضَائِكَ وَقَضَاءِ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ مَعَكَ
