( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانَ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ زَاذَانَ أَبِي عُمَرَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ:
أَنَّهُ قَضَى فِي الَّتِي تَزَوَّجُ فِي عِدَّتِهَا أَنَّهُ يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَهَا الصَّدَاقُ بِمَا اسْتَحَلَّ مِنْ فَرْجِهَا وَتُكْمِلُ مَا أَفْسَدَتْ مِنْ عِدَّةِ الْأَوَّلِ وَتَعْتَدُّ مِنَ الْآخَرِ
