( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ:
سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ يُتَوَفَّى عَنْهَا زَوْجُهَا وَهِيَ حَامِلٌ فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ ؓ: إِذَا وَضَعَتْ حَمْلَهَا فَقَدْ حَلَّتْ
