( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ لَيْثِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ طَاوُسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ:

لَيْسَ لَهَا إِلَّا نِصْفُ الْمَهْرِ، وَلَا عِدَّةَ عَلَيْهَا
