( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَرْدَسْتَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو، نَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، نَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ، نَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ وَالْأَعْمَشِ وَمَنْصُورٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ:

أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ تَطْلِيقَةً أَوْ تَطْلِيقَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ حَاضَتْ حَيْضَةً أَوْ حَيْضَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ ارْتَفَعَ حَيْضُهَا سَبْعَةَ عَشَرَ شَهْرًا أَوْ ثَمَانِيَةَ عَشَرَ شَهْرًا ثُمَّ مَاتَتْ، فَجَاءَ إِلَى ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ؓ فَسَأَلَهُ فَقَالَ: حَبَسَ اللهُ عَلَيْكَ مِيرَاثَهَا فَوَرَّثَهُ مِنْهَا
