( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ: عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، نَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، نَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:

كَانَتْ عِنْدَ جَدِّهِ حَبَّانَ امْرَأَتَانِ لَهُ هَاشِمِيَّةٌ وَأَنْصَارِيَّةٌ فَطَلَّقَ الْأَنْصَارِيَّةَ وَهِيَ تُرْضِعُ فَمَرَّتْ بِهَا سَنَةٌ ثُمَّ هَلَكَ عَنْهَا وَلَمْ تَحِضْ فَقَالَتْ: أَنَا أَرِثُهُ لَمْ أَحِضْ فَاخْتَصَمَا إِلَى عُثْمَانَ ؓ فَقَضَى لَهُمَا عُثْمَانُ ؓ بِالْمِيرَاثِ فَلَامَتِ الْهَاشِمِيَّةُ عُثْمَانَ ؓ فَقَالَ عُثْمَانُ ؓ: ابْنُ عَمِّكِ هُوَ أَشَارَ إِلَيْنَا بِهَذَا يَعْنِي عَلِيًّا ؓ
