( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، نَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، نَا مَالِكٌ عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ مَوْلَى الْمَهْرِيِّ
أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ الْقَاسِمَ بْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ وَسَالِمَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ الْمَرْأَةِ إِذَا طُلِّقَتْ فَدَخَلَتْ فِي الدَّمِ مِنَ الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ فَقَالَا: قَدْ بَانَتْ مِنْهُ وَحَلَّتْ
