( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ شَيْبَانَ، نَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ:
كَتَبَ مُعَاوِيَةُ إِلَى زَيْدٍ فَكَتَبَ زَيْدٌ إِذَا دَخَلَتِ الْمُطَلَّقَةُ فِي الْحَيْضَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ
