( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو صَالِحٍ، أَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَعْقِلٍ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنِي مُقَدَّمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، وَقَدْ سَمِعَ مِنْهُ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ:

أَنَّ رَجُلًا رَمَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَانْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهَا فِي زَمَنِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَأَمَرَهُمَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فَتَلَاعَنَا كَمَا قَالَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ثُمَّ قَضَى بِالْوَلَدِ لِلْمَرْأَةِ وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَ الْمُتَلَاعِنَيْنِ
