وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ هَارُونَ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ، نَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ؓ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" أَرْبَعَةٌ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمْ لِعَانٌ: لَيْسَ بَيْنَ الْحُرِّ وَالْأَمَةِ لِعَانٌ، وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَ الْحُرَّةِ وَالْعَبْدِ لِعَانٌ، وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِ وَالْيَهُودِيَّةِ لِعَانٌ، وَلَيْسَ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِ وَالنَّصْرَانِيَّةِ لِعَانٌ
