✧ A man swears not to have intercourse with his wife for less than four months

ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ، نَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرُوَيْهِ الصَّفَّارُ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، نَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، نَا الْحَارِثُ ( بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ) أَبُو قُدَامَةَ حَدَّثَنِي عَامِرٌ الْأَحْوَلُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءٌ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ:

كَانَ إِيلَاءُ أَهْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ السَّنَةَ وَالسَّنَتَيْنِ وَأَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ؛ فَوَقَّتَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَهُمْ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ ( فَإِنْ كَانَ إِيلَاؤُهُ. وَفِي رِوَايَةِ يُونُسَ: فَمَنْ كَانَ إِيلَاؤُهُ ) أَقَلَّ مِنْ أَرْبَعَةِ أَشْهُرٍ فَلَيْسَ بِإِيلَاءٍ.
