أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، نَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، نَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، نَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ اثْنَيْ عَشَرَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُؤْلِي قَالُوا: لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ حَتَّى تَمْضِيَ أَرْبَعَةُ أَشْهُرٍ فَيُوقَفَ، فَإِنْ فَاءَ وَإِلَّا طَلَّقَ
