وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مَالِكٌ ( ح ) وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُزَكِّي، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، نَا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، نَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ:

أَنَّ نُفَيْعًا مُكَاتَبًا كَانَ لِأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَوْ عَبْدًا كَانَتْ تَحْتَهُ امْرَأَةٌ حُرَّةٌ وَطَلَّقَهَا اثْنَتَيْنِ وَأَرَادَ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا، فَأَمَرَهُ أَزْوَاجُ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ عُثْمَانَ بْنَ عَفَّانَ ؓ فَيَسْأَلَهُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَذَهَبَ فَلَقِيَهُ عِنْدَ الدَّرَجِ آخِذًا بِيَدِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ فَسَأَلَهُمَا فَابْتَدَرَاهُ جَمِيعًا فَقَالَا: حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْكَ حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْكَ
