أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ
فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ قَالَ: إِذَا شَارَفْنَ بُلُوغَ أَجَلِهِنَّ فَرَاجِعُوهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ دَعُوهُنَّ تَنْقَضِي عِدَدُهُنَّ بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَنَهَاهُمْ أَنْ يُمْسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارًا لِيَعْتَدُوا فَلَا يَحِلُّ إِمْسَاكُهُنَّ ضِرَارًا
