( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ ابْنِ قُسَيْطٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي رَجُلٍ قَالَ لِامْرَأَتِهِ وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا: أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ ثُمَّ أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ ثُمَّ أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، فَقَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَتُطَلَّقُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى ظَهْرِ الطَّرِيقِ ؟ قَدْ بَانَتْ مِنْ حِينِ طَلَّقَهَا التَّطْلِيقَةَ الْأُولَى
