وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ: مُجَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُجَالِدٍ الْبَجَلِيُّ بِالْكُوفَةِ، نَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ التَّمِيمِيُّ، نَا الْحَضْرَمِيُّ، نَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْأَشْعَثِيُّ، أَنَا عَبْثَرُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ هُوَ الشَّعْبِيُّ

فِي الرَّجُلِ يَجْعَلُ امْرَأَتَهُ عَلَيْهِ حَرَامًا قَالَ: يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ عَلِيًّا ؓ جَعَلَهَا ثَلَاثًا قَالَ عَامِرٌ: مَا قَالَ عَلِيٌّ ؓ هَذَا إِنَّمَا قَالَ: لَا أُحِلُّهَا وَلَا أُحَرِّمُهَا
