أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الْفَقِيهُ، نَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْحَافِظُ، أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، نَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ: مَكَثْتُ عِشْرِينَ سَنَةً يُحَدِّثُنِي مَنْ لَا أَتَّهِمُهُمْ:

أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثًا وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَأُمِرَ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا فَجَعَلْتُ لَا أَتَّهِمُهُمْ وَلَا أَعْرِفُ الْحَدِيثَ حَتَّى لَقِيتُ أَبَا غَلَّابٍ يُونُسَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ وَكَانَ ذَا ثَبَتٍ فَحَدَّثَنِي أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ فَحَدَّثَهُ: أَنَّهُ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ تَطْلِيقَةً فَأُمِرَ أَنْ يُرَاجِعَهَا قَالَ فَقُلْتُ: أَفَحُسِبَتْ عَلَيْهِ ؟ قَالَ: فَمَهْ وَإِنْ عَجَزَ وَاسْتَحْمَقَ
