طَلَّقْتُ امْرَأَتِي فِي حَيَاةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ فَذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ عُمَرُ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَتَغَيَّظَ عَلَيَّ فِي ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ: لِيُرَاجِعْهَا ثُمَّ يُمْسِكْهَا حَتَّى تَحِيضَ حَيْضَةً وَتَطْهُرَ فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يُطَلِّقَهَا طَاهِرًا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّهَا فَذَلِكَ الطَّلَاقُ لِلْعِدَّةِ كَمَا أَمَرَ اللهُ تَعَالَى، قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ: فَرَاجَعْتُهَا وَحُسِبَتْ لَهَا التَّطْلِيقَةُ الَّتِي طَلَّقْتُهَا
