أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، نَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدُّورِيُّ، نَا مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، نَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ الدَّالَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ الْأَوْدِيِّ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
" لِمَ يَقُولُ أَحَدُكُمْ لِامْرَأَتِهِ قَدْ طَلَّقْتُكِ قَدْ رَاجَعْتُكِ لَيْسَ هَذَا بِطَلَاقِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ طَلِّقُوا الْمَرْأَةَ فِي قُبُلِ طُهْرِهَا
