وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، نَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، نَا مُعَاذٌ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ:

لَا طَلَاقَ إِلَّا مِنْ بَعْدِ نِكَاحٍ، وَلَا عَتَاقَ إِلَّا مِنْ بَعْدِ مِلْكٍ
