( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو صَادِقٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْفَوَارِسِ الصَّيْدَلَانِيُّ قَالَا: نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ هُوَ الْأَصَمُّ، نَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ الْعَبْدِيُّ، نَا سَعِيدٌ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ: فَابْعَثُوا حَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهِ وَحَكَمًا مِنْ أَهْلِهَا قَالَ: إِنَّمَا عَلَيْهِمَا أَنْ يُصْلِحَا وَأَنْ يَنْظُرَا فِي ذَلِكَ وَلَيْسَ الْفُرْقَةُ فِي أَيْدِيهِمَا
