وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، نَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، أَنَا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، أَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ، أَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:

أَنَّ ابْنَةَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مَسْلَمَةَ كَانَتْ عِنْدَ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، فَكَرِهَ مِنْهَا أَمْرًا إِمَّا كِبَرًا أَوْ غَيْرَهُ، فَأَرَادَ طَلَاقَهَا، فَقَالَتْ: لَا تُطَلِّقْنِي وَاقْسِمْ لِي مَا بَدَا لَكَ فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: وَإِنِ امْرَأَةٌ خَافَتْ مِنْ بَعْلِهَا نُشُوزًا أَوْ إِعْرَاضًا الْآيَةَ
