The Prophet ﷺ was on a journey, and thirst afflicted the people, so he stopped at a halting place. The Companions of the Prophet ﷺ began saying: "O Messenger of God, drink! O Messenger of God, drink!" He said: "The one who serves water to the people is the last of them; the one who serves water to the people is the last of them."
