( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ، أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ الصَّفَّارُ، نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ وَعَبَّاسٌ قَالَا: نَا عَفَّانُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ، نَا وُهَيْبٌ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

مَنْ بَاتَ وَفِي يَدِهِ غَمَرٌ فَأَصَابَهُ شَيْءٌ فَلَا يَلُومَنَّ إِلَّا نَفْسَهُ

    يرويه الزهري واختلف عنه فرواه ابن عيينة عن الزهري عن عبيد الله مرسلا وكذلك قال الزبيدي عن الزهري مرسلا ورواه وهيب عن معمر عن الزهري عن ابن المسيب عن أبي هريرة قاله عفان واختلف عنه فقيل عنه عن أبي سلمة ورواه رشدين بن سعد عن عقيل عن يونس عن الزهري عن عروة عن عائشة وكذلك قال عمر بن علي المقدمي عن سفيان بن حسين عن الزهري عن عروة عن عائشة والمحفوظ حديث عبيد الله بن عبد الله المرسل

Ibn ʿUyaynah narrated it from al-Zuhrī from ʿUbaydullāh as a mursal report (mursal), and likewise al-Zubaydī said, from al-Zuhrī, as mursal. Wuhayb narrated it from Maʿmar from al-Zuhrī from Ibn al-Musayyab from Abū Hurayrah; ʿAffān said this. There is disagreement about him as well, for it is said from him: from Abū Salamah. Rishdīn b.
