147 - ( وَقَدْ أَنْبَأَ ) أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، أَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ، ثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، ثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، ثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، فَذَكَرَهُ مَرْفُوعًا. وَهَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مَعْرُوفٌ بِرَوْحِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ، وَبِشْرِ بْنِ عُمَرَ الزَّهْرَانِيِّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ رَوَاهُ الشَّافِعِيُّ فِي رِوَايَةِ حَرْمَلَةَ مَرْفُوعًا، وَهُوَ فِي الْمُوَطَّأِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ مَوْقُوفٌ دُونَ ذِكْرِ الْوُضُوءِ
