وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ الْفَضْلِ قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الصَّغَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ مُصَرِّفٍ، عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً، وَكَانَ مُعْسِرًا، فَأَمَرَ نَبِيُّ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُرْفَقَ بِهِ فَدَخَلَ بِهَا وَلَمْ يُنْقِدْهَا شَيْئًا، ثُمَّ أَيْسَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَسَاقَ
