( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مَنْصُورٍ الْهَرَوِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ قَالَ:

أَمَرَ اللهُ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَى بِالْعَفْوِ وَأَذِنَ فِيهِ، فَإِنْ عَفَتْ جَازَ عَفْوُهَا، وَإِنْ شَحَّتْ وَعَفَا وَلِيُّهَا جَازَ عَفْوُهُ
