( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّ عَلْقَمَةَ قَالَ:

الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ عُقْدَةُ النِّكَاحِ الْوَلِيُّ، قَالَ شُرَيْحٌ: الزَّوْجُ
