وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَطَاءٌ الْخُرَاسَانِيُّ:
أَنَّ رَجُلًا نَكَحَ امْرَأَةً فَأَصْدَقَتْهُ الْمَرْأَةُ وَشَرَطَتْ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّ بِيَدِهَا أَمْرَ الْجِمَاعِ وَالْفُرْقَةِ فَقِيلَ لَهُ: خَالَفْتَ السُّنَّةَ وَوَلَّيْتَ الْحَقَّ غَيْرَ أَهْلِهِ فَقَضَى ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ عَلَيْهِ الصَّدَاقَ وَبِيَدِهِ الْجِمَاعُ وَالْفُرْقَةُ
