14524 - ( وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) بِحَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ فُورَكَ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْفُرَاتِ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَاهُ وَقَالَ:
فَإِنْ كَانَ صَوَابًا فَمِنَ اللهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ خَطَأً فَمِنِّي، لَهَا صَدَاقُ نِسَائِهَا وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ وَلَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ. فَقَامَ مَعْقِلُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ - وَهَذَا وَهَمٌ وَالصَّوَابُ مَعْقِلُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ كَمَا رَوَاهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ وَغَيْرُهُ وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
