فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً فَمَاتَ وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا وَلَمْ يَفْرِضْ لَهَا، قَالَ: لَهَا الصَّدَاقُ كَامِلًا، وَعَلَيْهَا الْعِدَّةُ، وَلَهَا الْمِيرَاثُ، فَقَامَ مَعْقِلُ بْنُ سِنَانٍ فَقَالَ: شَهِدْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِهِ فِي بَرْوَعَ بِنْتِ وَاشِقٍ
