أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ: أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي قَالَا: ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْخَثْعَمِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ الطَّائِفِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْبَيْلَمَانِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ:

" انْكِحُوا الْأَيَامَى مِنْكُمْ. قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَمَا الْعَلَائِقُ بَيْنَهُمْ ؟ قَالَ: " مَا تَرَاضَى عَلَيْهِ أَهْلُوهُمْ
