أَخْبَرَنَا ) عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُقْرِي، أَنْبَأَ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، ثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَدْ سَمَّاهُ سَمِعَ عَلِيًّا ؓ بِالْكُوفَةِ يَقُولُ:
أَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَخْطُبَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ ابْنَتَهُ وَذَكَرْتُ أَنَّهُ لَا شَيْءَ لِي ثُمَّ ذَكَرْتُ عَائِدَتَهُ وَصِلَتَهُ فَخَطَبْتُهَا فَقَالَ: أَيْنَ دِرْعُكَ الْحُطَمِيَّةُ الَّتِي أَعْطَيْتُكَهَا فِي يَوْمِ كَذَا وَكَذَا، قَالَ: هِيَ عِنْدِي قَالَ: " فَأَعْطِهَا إِيَّاهَا
