وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ، ثَنَا السَّرِيُّ بْنُ خُزَيْمَةَ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْمُقْرِي، ثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ عَنْ جُدَامَةَ بِنْتِ وَهْبٍ أُخْتِ عُكَّاشَةَ بْنِ وَهْبٍ قَالَتْ:
حَضَرْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِي أُنَاسٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ: لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ أَنْهَى عَنِ الْغِيلَةِ فَنَظَرْتُ فِي الرُّومِ وَفَارِسَ فَإِذَا هُمْ يُغِيلُونَ أَوْلَادَهُمْ فَلَا يَضُرُّ أَوْلَادَهُمْ شَيْئًا. وَسَأَلُوهُ عَنِ الْعَزْلِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - ﷺ: " الْوَأْدُ الْخَفِيُّ وَإِذَا الْمَوْءُودَةُ سُئِلَتْ
