وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ، أَنْبَأَ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، ثَنَا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَرْفَجَةَ الْفَائِشِيِّ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْعَوْفِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ:
يَعْزِلُ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ وَيَسْتَأْمِرُ الْحُرَّةَ
