أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ: مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ، أَنْبَأَ عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ، أَنْبَأَ سَعِيدٌ هُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ أَبِي أُمَيَّةَ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ - ؓ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْأَمَةِ إِذَا أُعْتِقَتْ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُدْخَلَ بِهَا فَاخْتَارَتْ نَفْسَهَا: فَلَا شَيْءَ لَهَا لَا يَجْتَمِعُ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ تَذْهَبَ نَفْسُهَا وَمَالُهُ
