( أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ: مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ مُوسَى الْمُقْرِي يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ يَقُولُ: خَالَفَ الْأَسْوَدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ النَّاسَ فِي زَوْجِ بَرِيرَةَ فَقَالَ: إِنَّهُ حُرٌّ. وَقَالَ النَّاسُ: إِنَّهُ كَانَ عَبْدًا، قَالَ الشَّيْخُ: وَقَدْ رُوِيَ عَنْ أَبِي حُذَيْفَةَ، عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، وَعَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ الرَّازِيِّ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا:

إِنَّ زَوْجَ بَرِيرَةَ كَانَ عَبْدًا حِينَ أُعْتِقَتْ. وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ: قَالَتْ: كَانَ زَوْجُ بَرِيرَةَ مَمْلُوكًا لِآلِ أَبِي أَحْمَدَ
