وَأَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بِشْرَانَ بِبَغْدَادَ، أَنْبَأَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ: عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمِصْرِيُّ، ثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، ثَنَا الْفِرْيَابِيُّ، ثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ:
لَا تُخَيَّرُ إِذَا عُتِقَتْ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ زَوْجُهَا عَبْدًا
